I was just worried coz until now Eh wala pa ako narereceive na feedback from CIC regarding my sponsorship.
My husband sent all the documents needed in Missisauga Last October 1, 2012 and my hubby received an approval letter of eligibility to sponsor last November 4, 2012. But until now wala parin feedback ang CIC. I was trying to check the status of my applications thru their website pero di ko ma-view status ng application ko. I am worried That my application might be included in the new law posted by the CIC on the conditions in spouse sponsorship posted last October 25,2012. What must be the problem why I still can't view the status of my application. I have no idea whether my documents were forwarded already here in Manila or not yet. :(

Why are you worried about the October 25 new law? That's the law where spouses have to live together for two years, or the permanent resident status will be revoked.

You shouldnt be worried....
But regardless, your application was sent in before october 25,2012. so it would not be included under the new conditional law anyways.

And ecase hasnt been working well lately.
keep trying, you might be able to see it soon.

but regardless, ecase wont tell you when your application was sent.
you need to wait for an AOR email from Manila telling you they received it

I think ECAS is not working properly so I wouldn't be worried. My wife is sponsoring me and we both received emails from CIC but we can't see anything in ECAS.
we applied on Sept 17, 2012.

love the language mix up there - none the less - you have nothing to be worried about except you plan not to be married in two years
