Update from London: They sent our PR to the OLD address and did not update the file!I guess they made a decision quicker than updating our address. They asked to let them know if we can retrieve from OLD address - we have told them No and asked them if it could be re-issued to NEW address...

They did not send us any email acknowledgement Requested our address update on March 3 They requested more info on March 5 (making me believe my request to update address started something...) Sent them info requested by March 8 Went IN PROCESS March 11 Decision Made March 21 No address update...

Seems like they have started working on early September 2012 _ I did my calculation and it took 6 months and 16 days from Application received to Decision Made! Now to see how long from Decision Made to receiving Letter! Good times London! ;D

I think you should leave this as is - it does not really matter where you are living as long as you are living there legally! So you extended your visitors visa and now you are back in the UK - no big deal - trust me, I do not think CIC is stalking us as much as we like to believe considering...

congratulations on Decision Made - I may follow your footsteps and swear off Ecas for a while but I like this community of fellow sufferers and once you come here - then Ecas becomes your new best friend - its a catch 22 but the advise and encouragement is second to none.

Our timeline is nearly the same! I have not logged into Ecas but I know exactly what I will see - if it makes you feel better I will update you once I get APPLICATION RECIEVED slap on the face! Those chiquaquas in the UK will be the end of me... ;D
