Hi i have a stupid question but just want a little clarification.

My husband is completing the residency questionnaire form and in Q13 you have to write all the addresses you lived. as he lived in more than 10 addresses but there is only space for 3 addresses so what should he do.

can he print out 3 more copies of the same page and sign on each page
or
write 3 address on the main page and than attach 1 plain sheet showing all the address?

i would appreciate your feedback

You Dont necessarily have to print out additional copy of the same form. You could just provide the information on a piece of paper. It doesnt matter where you write the information so long as they get it and its readable

Type in MS Words On top put your husband name, Form number, Question number and below type your extra info and join it with the form.

You can do this for any question where you need more space.

Also only indicate the place he lived (+6months) not the place very he was on holidays

And also please remember to incude his full name and his date of birth at the top of the paper. If he already has a client ID number from any previous application with CIC, include it on the top of the paper also. This ID belongs to him forever. And where there is no ID, just use his passport number. Just make sure you write the number question you're answering. I did something like this, "Additional information for IMM 5669 Form- question (2b)......." I am happy that I didnt use a consultant because doing my own paper work taught me dilligence and how to be creative.
