What citizenship do you have? Are your children all recognized Canadian citizens? What province will you be moving to? Are you planning on remaining in Canada for around a year or will you need to travel?

My children are recognized Canadian citizens. I am from Hong Kong. We will be moving to Ontario. I will be going there with travel visa. Planning to stay in Canada for few months and then go back to Hong Kong for one to two weeks. Should I submit the application as soon as possible in Hong Kong? Or I should apply it inland after arrived in end of Aug?

Submitting an Inland application requires the applicant [you] to remain in Canada during the process. Leaving for a short trip is often not a problem, BUT...if for any reason you are denied re-entry into Canada, your application is jeopardized!

You could apply right now via an Outland application for yourself if you want to get things moving ASAP. You might read up about something called Dual Intent:

If I apply outland, can I change the correspondence address to Canada after i arrived there in Aug? Then do the medical check and biometrics in Canada afterwards? Or I need to go back to HK to do all the medical check and biometrics?

You can do your medical anywhere as long as that's by a panel physician. I do not have experience with biometrics.

Just want you to make sure that your children have valid Canadian passports for their flight back to Canada.

You can do biometrics anywhere that they take them as well. I've no experience with in-Canada, but lots of people do it (notably everyone who does inland).
