just like to ask - im applying my husband spouse sponsorship . He has a previous marriage in the philippines . Not
Yet annuled. But he and exwife has divorced papers that was granted in US.ex wife is now also married in the states.
We saw on the form that if you are philippine passport holder you still need to submit under country specific the marriage contract. Is that refering to his marriage to his ex wife ? Do we still need to submit that even if he has divorced already ?
