The information on there still incorrect? Not sure about VO in India but here in Canada, there is really no one here to greet you, so no point here. I think trying to send a webform again?

Yes its still wrong. What to do ? When I called the Canadian IRCC they said they cant see anything on their side since the application is in ND VO.
