Guys.. I finally got my PPR from ADVO yesterday- Dec. 27, 2016.. Got the much awaited email after my Re-Medical has been submitted on Nov. 2, 2016..

kiwi did you receive the letter from immigration because last month I have interview 21 dec I give all answer is accurate but I don't know last mint he said I am not satisfied when you was interview in Riyadh embassy I mean which date .but I am waiting for the letter which send to immigration then I will take next step .

I need some advice plz if you could help. I will send my application to Mississauga today. My wife, Indian citizen, works in Oman. The closest VO is Abu Dhabi.

Question, who decides if her application is sent to Abu Dhabi VO or New Delhi VO? I will request in the cover letter that they send it to Abu Dhabi.

I push for Abu Dhabi as the processing times are faster compared to New Delhi.

I recommend you make three copies of your request and put one with each section of your application (sponsor info, spousal info, proof of relationship)...because when they receive the applications, they may split up the sections.

CIC decides where the application will go....and it depends on many things. Primarily, where they will get the most recent information on background / security checks. If your wife has been in Oman for a long time, then you should state this and provide proof (copies of expired work permits etc).

Your application may even go to Ottawa these days....as they are distributing applications around the world to balance the workload.

Unfortunately, this is something you cannot control.

Finally got my Passport with Visa along with the COPR today!!!

Received my PPR from ADVO on Dec. 27, 2016
Sent my PP on January 2, 2017 via VFS Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia
Visa stamped and granted on January 8, 2017
Passport arrived at VFS Al Khobar on January 11, 2017

Visa issued and stamped at the Canadian Visa Office in Riyadh, though PPR came from ADVO (my VO as well)

Whats next pls advise !
