Hi haldashti... I want to order notes for my husband's app. I need some help if you don't mind.
Thanks.
Hello bublo ksa.
Here's a helpful site https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BwUU_hcS1a77NkRPZ2o4d1YzekE/view?pli=1
also provides an explanation to some of the codes/notes.
This is where you ordered them: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/requests-atip.asp
It costs $5 if you want the notes in an e-mail. You'll also need to attach a consent letterI(IMM 5744) from your spouse if you don't have a consent on the PR application. Here's the link for IMM 5744 http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/form-imm5744.asp
Consent letter can be signed scanned and email to you(if your spouse doesn't reside with you), then in turn you'll need to attach it to the request.
Also, you tube video illustrating the process. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j_E_dq_uLVo
Good luck, and let me know if you have any questions.

what kind of questions? Don't share your personal information without confirming information whether call was from visa office or any fake agents.
Usually for PR cases visa offices not call to applicant, If they required additional documents, you will receive email.

Hi All,

Just wondering for the people that got a Passport request, how long did it take to get your passport back?

My wife sent in her passport and ADVO received it on August 2, but still haven't received it yet. It says it will get processed in 10 days but its now 25+ days. Can you guys share your experiences or any insight to this. Thanks.

Hi, did you get your passport back? Today I submitted my passport at vfs wafi mall. They said it will take 3 weeks minimum.

Oh nice. We were going to submit to the same visa office, but ended up going through Aramax.

No we still haven't received it yet and its been 4 weeks. But if they told you minimum 3 weeks, I assume it can take much longer. I don't understand why its so slow, its been 17 months for us and this last step is just dragging on and on. InshaAllah soon enough!

Lamis, In my opinion, this is good. At least you know they are working/progressing on your application. Thanks for the information, as my wife ignores any # she doesn't recognize! Nobody's immune from scams/telemarketers, not even in the Middle East!!
