Yea thanks, i have done the same.

1)do i need to give supporting for my every answer, like if they ask for my education, shall i attach my degree? when they ask for my work, shall i attach my employment letter? when they ask for travel history shall i attached exit entry pages? even if it is not mentioned in the checklist?
2) In generic application form Language: Question#3 asks if i have done any designated language test?
i haven't any recently. So will it impact negatively on my application even if i am applying for spouse visa? is it necessary to go through?
3) I have validated this form (generic application form) two times after some correction so is it ok if i provide the latest validated form with barcode (generated) and discard the previous validated form with barcode.

I just did my re medical today and the Dmp will send it in 2 days. I would send by courier so that I have a record that I sent it. The Dmp gave an online emedical form which I will also send it along with medical biodata imm 1017.

Okay I got re-medical bcz my medical had expired in may this year. So cic emailed me a form imm 1017 which has all my info on it lik date of birth name n barcode already printed on it. So I wl send this form along with dmp's emedical print out tht he gave me.

My medical was expired in may this year. So they asked me to do a full medical again. They sent me a form which had all my info on it -name, dob, address, barcode. On the bottom the form shows a number 1017. This form is only given by cic.

Hi Muhammad Azaan,
I will suggest that u send the courier to Advo and send ur emedical print out from the doc..

If u were sent any docs frm the cic in the email, also print that out and send it along in the courier.
I have 2 docs only- 1 doc's emedical print out
N 2nd is the document cic sent me (imm 1017)

Quick question for everyone, who can shed some light or thoughts.

Does having a baby, during your sponsorship application have any effect on the process of the application. Considering that the applicant is a UAE resident, but the baby was born in America and that one of the parent is a Canadian Citizen.

I am just a little concerned as, our status on ECAS changed to "In Process" on Oct 29 - we had sent the birth certificate of our child to ADVO on Nov 19, and were really hoping to hear something back from them. Now as time goes by all hopes are being shattered.

They won't change the ecas status but they will definately send u an email. Keep an eye on the email address they correspond with u.
I. Think they will send you re medicals bcz I have read the cic guide on visa officer rules regarding medicals. If a medical has been expired for 1 YEAR, let's say ur sept to sept so they can only extend it for a grace period of 3 more months and extend it for 1 more year. So u did ur medicals in sept and plus 3 months ends in Dec ( count 3 months frm whchevr date u did in sept) so I'm keeping fingers crossed for u until dec that they wl extend the medicals!
If they do they will send u pp request aftr dec 19..
Or they will send u re medical request aftr dec 19..
Ecas updates r alwyz done after they send u an email (normally aftr 5 days) so I wudnt rely on ecas..
Ur baby's birth is a strong proof and it makes no affect on ur file but it proves ur relationship n they wl send u pp req or remedical.

Hi mohammad azaan,

I think we have different request for re medical. I didn't get email from ADVO, i got an email from DelhiMedical instead. This is the content of my email with 1 document attached the Reassessment form. In order to provide your application with an updated validity , we require the ff: add medical examination(s) for yourself:

1) Analogue Chest X-ray
2) Completed Medical Report Chest X-Ray Requisition and Report form (Page 6 and 7 or IMM5419)
3) Duly completed Re-assessment form

Please visit the website: http//www.cic.gc.ca/dmp-md/medical.aspx for identifying Panel of Physiciam (PP) in your vicinity and take this email to the PP for re-assessment(s) to be arranged. Please remember to inform the PP that the results will need to be sent to India.

I printed out the reassessment attached to my email and the email as well and copy of my previous e-medical information sheet the copy with UCI no and handed it to the DMp when i had my re medical. The Dmp got confused when i handed to her the documents. She wanted me to do an up front medical again. But i have insisted to her that we will follow what is requested in my email. Dmp decided to call the VO Manila for clarification and confirmation regarding my request. It took 1 whole day for me to do my re medical because the DMp need to wait for the reply from VO Manila on how to address my problem.

Late in the afternoon when the Dmp got a call from VO Manila after few minutes of discussion the Dmp told me as per VO Manila information i was requested to completed the re-assessment and Chest X-ray only. No need to open another file No for my re medical because it will create confusion to the CIC. I can still used my pre-existing e-medical UCI # done in Abu Dhabi. The DMp also asked if it is necessary for me to send the result by mail and they replied no need email be fine. The Dmp assured me that she will sent everything via email to India.

Yeh what you say def makes sense - lets see how it goes by end of December. My most worrying stuff is about my child who only has visit visa in UAE for 30 days, as my wife is sponsored by her father, and she cannot sponsor the baby. So the longer it takes, we have to find a way for the child's visa.

My hubby said tht u need to go to the immigration office in ur local area and ask how can u extend the visa? They will do it for ur baby.. u can also get d baby to be under ur sponsorship.. just a visit to immigration of uae is required..
