I am curious as to is it normal for them to pick applications at random it seems ? They are not going by first come first served..

Fairly certain it is dependent on a case-by-case basis..
Complexity of each is case, level of proof given etc, or hey, could just be a lazy/efficient visa officer who gets the file.. A lot of factors..

Requested Documents are-

1. A completed & signed IMM5562E-Supplementary Information-Your Travel. Completed by Principal Applicant
2. Residency Questionnaire
3. Proof that my Canadian Citizen Sponsor is currently residing in Canada. Requested supporting documents from my Sponsor side are- Her Canadian Tax Documents (Notice of Assessment NOA, T1 & T4) ,3 recent pay stubs, and any other document which proves that my sponsor is living in Canada.
4. Proof of communication(Photos, Letters,E-mails,Phone bills) for the past 6 months

In RESIDENCY QUESTIONNAIRE (FC1/FCCFCE), one question is-
Will you, the Principal Applicant, cancel your Gulf Residancy Visa?
YES-if Yes , When? Mention month/year
NO- if no, please expalin why not?

I have valid (upto Nov 2015)Employment Visa in UAE. My intention is after getting the PR visa I will give resign paper in my office. After that, office will cancel my Visa auotomatically.
So, how shall I answer this question?

Well what we did is that we gave the date according to expiry date mentioned on my iqama...
Cuz we just tried to make sure that we wont try to renew our iqama when it expires so automatically tried to show intention that in any case we will move back to canada before that....

Hey Ashik14 - there is a program called skypelogview you can find it here http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/skype_log_view.html - Very easy to use and you can export your logs for prints.

Always say Yes because Embassy would not issue Visa, if you do not intend to reside in Canada immediately.
