Hello Ys246 - just saw your response ; The time frame varies from application to application, as you may have already seen in the spread sheet . Make sure you are through in your application and document submission and in no time everything will be done.

Can someone please tell me whose name should be filled in Section A of the consent form when we apply for our GCMS/CAIPS notes. I am the principal applicant and my sponsor who resides in Canada will be applying for the notes. I put my name (principal applicant) in section A. Is this correct? The link to the form is below:

I am assuming Section B and C should be my sponsors name. Is this correct?

Yes thats correct section A Is for the principal applicant
Section C if for the sponsor who resides now in canada
U dont need to fill section B
