I ordered my notes in August and it said "documents pending" and nothing started (security,eligibility etc)

but in September our status changed to in process.
ADVO asked for redo of medical and police record of Saudi, we are now waiting for the request letter. Don't worry everyone u wil hear something god willing! We are all waiting , hoping its not too long! God bless

Mine says Documents pending too. Though in the incoming correspondence they have said they received the documents requested for and updated it as well.

Yes some people do get PPR without being asked for additional documents. Lucky them! And no i haven't heard of anyone being asked for correspondence between husband and wife once the application is submitted. They mostly ask for prof that the sponsor is already living in Canada.

And don't they ask for additional documents anyways and always regardless how complete one's files are? I mean won't they want proof of correspondence between the husband and wife in the time after the application was made?
Just curious, has anyone ever gotten a PPR without additional documents being requested?
Plus, don't most police certificates expire within 6 months, so I imagine they might want a new police clearance certificate too in that ADR when it comes?

Fair enough. I've heard of one other friend who was asked for additional correspondence SINCE the application was made along with the additional documents request..

Hey everyone,
I notice from this forum that most people get their ADR within the first three to four months after they filled their application, but for April and may applicants most of us didnt recieve any ADR , is that good thing or it mean that AVO very slow now !!!

Really hard to say if it is a good of bad things - since most of us dont have updates. Guess its best to wait and see.
