Hi All,

Just wanted to update my time line, which might be helpful to some of you.

1. Spouse sponsorship application filed on Nov 06 2013. upfront medical was done in Sept 2013.
2. Received SA on Nov 29, 2013.
3. Received AOR from Abu Dhabi on 27 Feb 2014 with ADR (asking sponsor's proof of residence in Canada). ADs submitted on April 6th, 2014.
4. ecase status changed to in process on 7th Sep 2014.
5. Today on 28th Sep 2014, received PPR for the issuance of visa, expired medicals were automatically extended for another year, and the PPR letter says visa validity will be until Sep 2015.

"This file is with the visa officer in queue for review. After review, the next steps in this application will be determined. Until then, we will not be able to provide any additional information on this case.

Your patience is appreciated."

Hi Jenpin, September is over but still no update yet. Do you think it would help if I will send email to ADVO to inquire about the status of my papers? Because other says if I will email ADVO this might cause for the delay of processing.

Hi Igay,

If you write to ADVO you will get a reply that your application is within processing time. I would suggest to wait until end of October as if you see the sheet, November applicants are getting an In Process update so hopefully our turn will be next.

So it has been well over 3 months since we got our Approval and haven't heard back from ADVO - Thinking to Order the notes next month or the month after . Any thoughts ?

I was thinking about the samething but worry about that ordering the notes may delay the process

Well I have heard that your file is pulled out of a certain Queue for the notes but not exactly sure if it is put back in the same spot !
