Sounds good! Thanks a lot for your response to try and ease our anxiety JenPin.JenPin said:Hi there,
If you see the spreadsheet in my signature, some applicants havent received AOR/ADR and gotten a PPR right away.
The ADR is sent only if the ADVO requires information that has not been provided. In my case, they asked for proof that the PR sponsor is living in Canada (I did submit my sponsor's offer letter, payslips, lease agreement and rent receipts alongwith the initial application) and I provided his tax documents & 3 recent payslips and they asked for complete copies of all pages of all passports held since 2010.
And though PCC's issued in UAE expire in 3 months, I havent heard for new certificates being requested on expiry of the old ones. I believe the PCC should be valid when the file is submitted to CIC.
Dont worry about the questions. Keep them coming, we are all in this together!
I hope you hear from them soon. Did you order your GCMS notes?AMJ said:Thanks Jenpin. I did actually on 30 July but no reply as yet.

I appreciate it a lot. You guys are great support!
Hey JenPin - I really hear you , just a few more months - you have waited this long and come this far. I am sure you will hear from ADVO soon.JenPin said:I am at my wit's end trying to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
I just want to get this over with!! Having to live apart is difficult as it is and then have to wait to see if ADVO ever decides to give us the visa. We are celebrating our 3rd wedding anniversary this November and I just want us to be together. Cant be too much to ask for right? :-[

Hello Ashik14 - Congrats on your approval. It would be wise to consider keeping, a sort of method, proving that your sponsor can still support financially - until your case requires no additional documents and is in the green zone.Ashik14 said:My wife got sponsorship approval. ynasef said:Hi guys,
I hope everyone is doing fine and hanging in there for any reply from ADVO.
I am a Canadian citizen and I sponsored my wife. I got approved as a sponsor and we are now waiting for the second stage. When we applied, my wife was unemployed; however, she received an offer and might start working until we get our PPR and move to Canada hopefully.
My question is, do I have to notify CIC or the VO of this change? If yes, then how would I notify them. Will this change have a negative impact on our application?
Thank you, I wish everyone a quick and easy process.
Hello Impresso - Thank you very much! Just wanted to clarify so that it would not impact our application. So, I do not need to inform ADVO or CIC of this employment change? So I would only have to report changes to CIC or ADVO that have to do with me, the sponsor?Impresso said:Hello ynasef - Congrats on your SA. As your wife is the principal applicant, there is no significant need to inform the CIC or VO about this change. As a matter of fact, if you are living in Canada and She wishes to visit you from Abu Dhabi, having a job for her will give her a leverage to obtain Canadian Visit Visa.
Would you be kind enough to share your time line - so our spreadsheet is updated. Thanks.

Congratulations on the Sponsorship Approval.Ashik14 said:My wife got sponsorship approval. I just want to know is there any advantage of having job of my wife?
Hello ynasef - I do not believe that would have any impact on your application. From the applicant side, you would need to let them know Changes in your correspondence or address change etc.ynasef said:Hello Impresso - Thank you very much!
