kind please share your timeline.. thanks

hopefully i can receive the passport this week.

Hello All,

I have a couple of questions:

1. Is it possible to have a valid UAE residence visa and go and live in Canada with my sponsor on a visit visa and wait for my PR there? Has anyone been in a similar situation? If I decide to do that, then when I do get passport request, can I send it from Canada to Abu Dhabi for stamping the visa and returned to me in Canada. If I cant do that from Canada, then can I send it to one of my relatives (mom or sister) to forward it to Abu Dhabi and return to them to return to me? OR do I have to come to UAE and send the passport myself?

2. While I am in Canada on a visit, and if I get a request from the Abu Dhabi office to re-submit my medicals (as it expires in the next 2 months) then can I do it there itself or do I have to come back to Abu Dhabi to do it?

Any advice/help is appreciated.
Thanks

Yes you can do that and panel physician can be done from any where but how will you get visit visa and if they come to know that you are permanently there what will be consequences.

Ok even you received a visa you have to exit and come back as landed immigrant you should have landing papers.

Not good thing to do .

But I am not planning to go and live there permanently now. I am only planing to go on visit and live with my spouse until I hear back from ADVO on my visa status.

actually there was no return airway bill, but i included C4 envelope with my full mailing address. because the aramex here in riyadh did not provide return airway bill because they don't do it at the same time, so during the date that the advo received my passport i immediately emailed them and explained everything.

but as what i understand on their request, aramex full airway bill "or" C4 evenlope together with physical address which included contact number,

so the second one i did, because the aramex failed to provide the return airway bill.

Please dont worry I know happened to me as well but after you send them email they will say they have recieved you police clearance please send other documents in order to process. If you have already recieved AOR from Abu Dhabi VO only or else you will are in que.

we sent all the documents together and they say received, but this is the only one that says requested and that it must be stamped by the internal Ministry, which we did :(. we even got it stamped by the minister of foreign affairs :(

Can anyone tell me what this means in the notes:
KSA PC NRT, Valid Egypt PC NRT if no concerns, to LJ for PHEP- no conditions .
its about the police certificates, but i don't understand what NRT means

Spouse was asked to cancel residency

Hi guys...can anyone whose spouse was asked to cancel residency tell me at what stage they cancelled it? At first they send an automated email asking for proof of the canceled residency of the spouse or cancelled employment and stuff. Most people I know sent a letter showing the proof and gave detailed explanations of the plans to live in Canada. Did you guys cancel after that stage, if they asked specifically to cancel the spouses residency?
