i see, that makes me feel better, i guess cancelling golf visa must have not been something that was important to them on our case. Do you know how much time they will give you to prepare for coming to Canada when they issue the visa and also are they giving you the PR when they return your passport or is it just a visa to come to Canada???

Correct me if am wrong, am assuming they basically gave you 3 months to get all your belonging together and leave the country.

2. 3 passport pictures

THE VALIDITY OF ALL VISAS WILL BE SET TO THE EXPIRY DATE OF

ok so i just spoke with the cic, and they said the date they gave u in the letter is the date u have to leave the country by, so for u it would be july 23 2014

my passport number which was submitted together with my application is expiring on june 2014 but I have my new passport now which is valid until 2019. I didn't notify the ADVO about my new passport because I went to Philippines for 20 days vacation. Is it okay to submit my 2 passports together and attach an explanation that i had my 20 days leave? Will it be a problem?

hi Missmimi!! sorry for not answering you back it takes so long already, well, finally i have already receive my PR card for more than one year, but sad to say my husband was remove for sponsor thats my lawyer advice me, coz its very complicated and it will conflict to my application for my PR application.
And now, back home he's filling a separation for he's first married, and waiting for the result, but i know it takes so long for him to receive the result.
I have another question for you. once he has already the result and finally separated to he's first married, and we get married again can i still sponsor him? it will never be a problem or conflict because he has already application and was denied before? pls advise...
and, also our married is genuine and bind, we have already a son together he's more than 2 years olds. what prove they want from us.?

Its not an issue i suppose all the new passport defines that this person has travelled on following itinerary before if i am not wrong in your case

I finally got lucky the third time I applied for visit visa & have now got a 2.5 year multiple entry visa to Canada and can finally meet my husband!! ;D
