Thats a long time for passport,you should send them an email to case specific inquiry,or maybe visit the office,by the way when did you submit your passport?

We applied permanent resident under Live in Caregiver class,it means im not PR or citizen yet,when they process my PR next they process my husband PR.and during that processing strike happened,thank God we got the visa now and he will be here soon.

Don't give up friend,keep praying,I know how it feels because I experienced it too,i did'nt see my husband and my family for 5 years because of waiting for the PR.If there's any way that you and your family can enjoy while waiting for application you must do it,try to apply as visitor here.
