The common trend seems to be changing the status to "in process" after 7 months and visa issue after 2-3 months from there.

here is another question. on "Document Checklist for Sponsor-IMM5491" Question 20 says:
"if you are a Canadian citizen living outside Canada, you must provide proof that you intend to live in Canada with your spouse..."
Then again the "RESIDENCY QUESTIONNAIRE, ABU DHABI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES" asks almost the same thing from the applicant:
"If your sponsor is not living in Canada, please explain why and when he/she intends to return to reside in Canada once your visa is issued. Please provide as many details as possible."

seems like the same question asked once from sponsor and once from applicant.
can our answer to these two questions be the same?
Should we give the same answer?
is there any difference in these two question?
what i mean is, if i answer this question for the Sponsor Checklist, can i just copy and paste the same answer and attach it to the Questionnaire?

Also, what is the best way to answer this question. what points should i focus on?

IF you are canadian Citizen Living outside canada you may write that will cancel the gulf residency and show some of the proof that you are willing to move to canada.

for applicant that he/she is willing to move to Canada as soon as receiving of PR


Residency Questionaire is for USE of the VO Abu Dhabi better fill it now and send as they might ask on the later stages

No, that was the strange part, all it says online is "application received", am not exactly sure if they need to do that before getting request for passport. I was thinking of calling Immigration office to ask about this. But the letter they sent looks like it is from as well as the email it was sent from, it was the same email that was used when they asked for additional documents.

Thank god, was a little worried about that, they just asked for 3 photos and passport. Btw does anyone know how much time they give you for leaving for Canada

Did they ask you to cancel your Gulf visa? You are based in UAE right?
