Hi i have been to one of the consultants in Burdubai called "premiers" i know they are bad i didnt process my application through them. However i was having issues to get the police certificate from the Kazakhstan and he told me that there were many cases in which applicant was not able to produce police certificate from saudi Arabia and it was waived off but you have to provide enough evidences that you tried you level best and was not still able to get.
Phone calls
emails and replies.
And if you can provide any written evidence that why its hard to produce.
Best of luck.

HAve a look here as well http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/pls-help-how-to-get-police-clearance-from-saudi-arabia-t85892.15.html

Thanks for that, that is exactly what we did. We had email correspondence with Saudi embassy which they asked us to call our country counsulate in Saudi, after that they didn’t reply. We even wrote to their foreign affairs ministry and nothing worked. It was then we did research about the common issue about Saudi PCC. Hopefully wont be a problem.

Based on the timeline, we should here something end of this month.

20/ SEP we got an update the medical results recieved.

i sent them 2 emails asking about my timeline no answer :(

Guys I received email from ADVO on 02 of March for ADR.. I was ask to provide original Police Clearance from Saudi Arabia within 60 days. But the problem is, the attached file which is the "Police Request Letter with the instructions" as mentioned in their email is missing maybe they forgot to the attached this file. But still i don't understand why do i need to provide them once more for this Police Certificate for the reason that previously I submitted this along with my application package.. October 2013 they requested for my medical and now the are requesting again for Police Certificate and I think that this is unusual processing. I just sent them email regarding this and hopefully they will give a quick response..

Could you explain to me how you obtain the Saudi PCC in the first place? I am in the same situation that I cannot obtain the PCC from Saudi. They sent me in a wild goose chase with no-one helping us to obtain this.

The only thing you could do at this point is send a letter explaining that you have submitted previously.

Cheers

Yes I did, I sent them email regarding ding this matter... Hope they will response immediately. Here's the procedure in obtaining Saudi PCC.

1. Endorsement Letter from the Canadian Embassy (the Letter is written in Arabic). Fill up the form and should be filled up in Arabic as well.
2. Bring with you the Letter and proceed to Ministry of Foreign Affairs for attestation (to stamp the letter).
3. Then for the last step proceed to Police Head Office to apply for PCC.. After 2 weeks you can claim to them your Saudi PCC.

Hope this will help.

Did you get it done in Saudi or did you get it done in Abu Dhabi.

My wife lives in Abu Dhabi and when she recieved the PCC request letter, we called the Saudi embassy and they refused to help us (stating that we are not Saudi rsidents) and also refused to give us an appointment to make our case. So we are stranded.

I'm presently residing and working in Saudi. Your situation bit different then.. In that case you need to approach your embassy of nationality they have their procedure how to obtain PCC from Saudi but this will take a bit of time.. I think initially you just need to provide them your finger print and they will do all the rest. So your wife lives before in Saudi Arabia?

my wife got the CAIPS notes yesterday... good god... its 49 pages of coded texts!! had a hard time understanding what it all meant... but one think we both derived outta it is that ADVO requested for more info/documents and we never got them (one of them is my travel document/passport we are assuming)... now time to decipher the codes using a professional's help... shall keep u guys posted...
