Hi guys,
I m new to this forum seems very helpfull, please some one help me out here with my question.
I'm a Canadian citizen and I got married in Pakistan dec 2012. I didn't sponcer my wife yet cz of some paperwork but now she has got a job in abu bhabi and she is leaving next month or so, my question is can I sponcer her from Abu dhabi instead of Pakistan since she's gonna b working there and living there ? Or she has to b living in Abu dhabi for a while and then I can sponcer here ? Please some one help me out with this question and if there are any complications ?.

Thank you all.

I found this helpful a little bit

http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/uae-eau/visas/processing-traitement.aspx?view=d

some information...

yeah you can go ahead and sponsor her from Abu Dhabi, as long as you show proof of her Residence Visa or visa copy(from Abu dhabi) at the time of filing, which shows that she is permitted in the country for atleast up to a year. Your other option is filing through Islamabad,, but she would have to go to Pakistan in case there is an interview for that.

Good luck!
