Thanks munchkin, I'm gonna send my passport, photos ans RPRF today by courier. Plus I want to know once I arrive to have to give any sort of interview at airport there or no?

hmm does everybody needs to be interviewed upon landing? maybe the interview will be about your relationship with the sponsor and everything about him/her.

Tsichi15, I think that its going to be a very quick interview after you land. I don't think that they will ask about the relationship as they've already assessed that from the application. I think they will ask you where you will be living and your address in Canada and all that... its just a formality I suppose. It shouldn't take more than 10 mins InshAllah... If you don't mind me asking you, originally when they were suppose to send you the request to send your passport in February,, do you know which day in February they sent that email.. cuz you mentioned after 1 month you got news from them but didn't receive the email until now... was it EXACTLY after a month? which day was it...

It was supposed to be last February 21. It was indicated in the email when they resend the request. Whew! imagine all the frustrations & depressions we've been through for the last 3 months! Actually it was not exactly 1 month, it was 7 days before 1 month because the actual processing of my papers according to ECAs was last Jan. 28, 2013

Mrs.Alkhatib your one is not delaying it took more thn normal time in canada , but here minimum normal time is 6 months your file reach here in jan is not older than six months what i see is abudhabi office took atleast six month so you will get a news most probably in July , still now they are working on 9 and 10 month. be patient dnt be worried or panick its normal
