I don't know why they don't respond to emails! it drives me nuts! and I can't check my ECAS after it had been decision made. since yesterday I am not able to access it. I tried with hubby's client id number which has apparently changed or something with his details so that worked.JenPin said:I just hope ADVO hasnt gone quiet again.
I believe Lifema too received DM but not an email yet.

Guys I just tried ECAS and its accessible for me again. No idea what happened.
