Okay guys listen up! This is what happened to us. We had sent our passport via Aramex which was received on the 27th of oct. today had been 14 working days and we sent them an urgent email to which they responded that they sent the PP back on the 3rd of nov! we had been calling aramex everyday...

I think thats whats happening to us. :( I feel bad for jenpin cuz she lives in UAE and its been 14 days and she had a return AWB so theres no reason it shud take that long. Whats wrong with ADVO lol my hubby has to travel first week of dec. Not having the PP just makes it worst.

no update. Jenpins has been 14 days now :( ours is the 10th working day mark. Hope they come soon.

I don't know why they don't respond to emails! it drives me nuts! and I can't check my ECAS after it had been decision made. since yesterday I am not able to access it. I tried with hubby's client id number which has apparently changed or something with his details so that worked. EDITED**...

I guess we should give it two weeks then go crazy if we don't get it by then. I think they update the Ecas quicker than they stamp it. lol.
