I am from Nepal and my spouse is Canadian citizen. We got married on the last December. We have submitted our Spouse sponsership application 34 days ago at cic office Mississauga via mail. We got delivery message by currier office but we don't get any application receive message and processing message from cic office in our email yet !!! We are really confused and feeling sad , we cant stay separately for long time. Please anybody let us know , when we will get application status and application receive message from cic office and how long it will take to processing??? Please let us know we want to be together very soon

Please anybody give idea who applied under same topic "spouse sponsorship " via same cic office Mississauga and New Delhi high commission..

It's normal for them not to reply to you immediately after getting the package. As long as the courier showed your package was delivered, I wouldn't worry about it. Don't expect a response from them until about a couple weeks from now.

It has been already 34 days , we had submitted our application to Mississauga cic office!!!
Generally what time does it takes to reply about application processing and transformation of application to Canadian High commission ? Please let me know

Look at my timeline, I applied in late March, didnt get a response until May. Stop worrying so much. As long as the package was delivered, you're fine.

people who had already applied application under same topic "spouse sponsership "said they got visa within three month from the date of application submitted via same cic office in canada and same high commission office new delhi !! So getting confusion and being worry in our case
Does it means they start to recive and process application randomly?
Another questions are there any difference in response submission of application via mail and online ?

Every case is different. Comparing yourself to the people who got their visa (or SA, or AOR* or anything else) the fastest is always going to lead to frustration, anxiety, and disappointment. Look at the average of a large number of people, including the people whose applications took longer than you want yours to take, and you'll have a more reasonable expectation. It sounds like NDVO is both very suspicious and severely overburdened, which means that you should be prepared for a long period of uncertainty, and the possibility of some difficulty. But stick with it, be as patient as you can -- maybe take some time away from reading this site if seeing other people's progress makes you feel a sense of urgency or worry -- and you will have responses and progress in time :) Good luck!

Hey Pramodpok, I would recommend join March 2016 group so you can compare timelines. When did cic receive your application, which date?

My understanding is this: they give groups of applications to the people who read the applications when those people become available. So if a worker finishes their last batch, they go and they get a new group of applications. Those applications are processed in the order that they came in. And different workers work at different rates, and have different processes for when and how much they notify people about the status of the applications. So, for example, my application was received by CIC on the 18th of March, and some received a day or two earlier might have gone to a very fast worker who sends AOR1 and SA as soon as they make a decision. My application, though, might have gone to the next worker to be available, who might work a little slower, and who also might send AOR1 and SA at the same time, and might do it for all their applications at once, after they remove the ones that are incomplete or ineligible. So I could wait much longer than people even a day before me. This is speculative and simplified, but perhaps it helps you feel a little less frustrated. Remember that it's not a machine making decisions here, but real people looking through very, very large applications from a large number of people. And so of course they find their own ways to work through them as quick as they can, and without making mistakes. So there is an element of unpredictability that can make the whole process very stressful. But it's not malicious, or really bad or wrong. It's just the nature of the thing.

If you look online, the processing time has just increased again, according to the CIC website. This whole process is a very long waiting game, and you are going to make yourself crazy if you expect CIC to be acting quickly and getting in touch with you at every step.
