I am from India(canadian permanent resident since August 2015) and my spouse is Indian citizen. We got married on the last January. My wife want to join me for 4-5 months in Toronto and then return back to India.I also want to apply for her sponsership PR,but since it takes a lot of time to get the PR,I decided to apply for TRV.The TRV visa from New Delhi got rejected with the below details from immigiration officer:
You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary
resident. In reaching this decision, I considered several factors, including:
1. Family ties in Canada and in country of residence
2. Length of proposed stay in Canada
3.Current employment situation
4.Personal assets and financial status
I am not satisfied that you have sufficient funds, including income or assets, to carry out your stated
purpose in going to Canada or to maintain yourself while in Canada and to effect your departure.
You have not provided sufficient documentation to support your / your host's income and assets
I believe that the documents regarding the employment status of my spouse, spouse bank statement and assets,my assets details were not provided at the first place.
Please let me know if I refile the TRV application again and provide all the details, then can it be possible that my wife will get a TRV ?
Please reply.
Thanks,
Sandip Basak
