Hi everyone, i am in terrible situation
i had my visa refusal on spouse case & now i got divorce with my wife so i am wondering that can i apply under FSW, can we apply under another class if we got refusal.

please help me if you know anything about this.

I don't understand what you mean. You were the sponsor and your wife was the applicant? Or your wife was the sponsor and you were the applicant?

You tried to get a visa and it was refused, so because of that you got a divorce?

What "other class" do you want to apply under if you got a divorce? The last time I checked, there was no sponsorship application for ex husbands and ex wives.

Yes - you can still apply under FSW or another category (e.g. PNP, CEC, etc.) if you were refused under spousal sponsorship.
