**** Spouse Questionnaire - IMM5540E - Question #8

Hi All,

Question #8 of Spouse Questionnaire - IMM5540E requests for " have you resided in countries other than Canada ? Give the name of counties where you resided , complete address(es) and telephone number as well as period of residence at each address"

My questions are following:

1. Question does not talk about since when (which year) it needs the information ? shall I give all the addresses since birth or last 10 years or since I turned 18 ?
2. In India (my home country), I almost resided in 14 different places since I turned 18 - do I have to give all the address ?
3. Shall I give my cell phone number, we did not had land line number at most of these addresses ?
4. Period of residence has to be specified in YYYY-MM-DD, I have clear idea of MM (month) but not of exact DD (date) - what to do ?
5. Shall I give the details of my stay in Canada, otherwise the sequence of my stays breaks ?

yes exact dates if you know it, if not approx dates of the past 10 years.
2. In India (my home country), I almost resided in 14 different places since I turned 18 - do I have to give all the address ?
yes, if you cannot fill in the boxes write in a separate paper and attached to application.
3. Shall I give my cell phone number, we did not had land line number at most of these addresses ?
of course cell is ok.
4. Period of residence has to be specified in YYYY-MM-DD, I have clear idea of MM (month) but not of exact DD (date) - what to do ?
put a rough estimate. but don't leave blank.
5. Shall I give the details of my stay in Canada, otherwise the sequence of my stays breaks ?
it asks only about outside of canada not in canada.
