Can u pls guide me if I want to submit my file nd tell me what documents are required from my side nd from my spouse side
Preferably letter that provides info on job title, duties, and salary. Often offer letter only has title and salary. If you see duties listed in your offer, you can submit that. The reason is to prove that you are employed under NOC skill 0,A or B.
Hi
I am planning to apply for SOWP for my husband. I work in a TEER Level 1 job and I'm on PGWP. I have SK nomination as well. I think I'll be able to apply under the C41 category. I know that proving home ties is important for temporary visas. Since I have a nomination which includes my husband, will he need to show home ties ? I'm concerned about this because he is not well off. But I do have a job and sufficient funds to support him during his stay.
