Spouse open work permit

Hi,

I am a PGWP holder working in a NOC A job. My wife is in Bangladesh. Can I apply for a spouse open work permit for her? Can I do it online from Canada or does she has to do it from Bangladesh? And is the chances better for her getting an open work permit than a visitor visa?

Yeah you can apply for her with relevant documents and can do it online from Canada.
