Hi,

Can any one please tell me in to which NOC list does the Call center agents come?

Thank you.

Call center agents are customer service representatives. If I am not wrong the code for these jobs is 6552 which falls in NOC Skill level C.
Though there are certain customer service jobs which are more into system analyst or known as User Support Techs, the code for same is 2282 which I guess falls in NOC B

Hi navprateek,

I applied on 20th January. May be early one to ask, but i want to know about the processing times these days.
Also, I applied while I am in India through a canadian representative(immigration lawyer).

Hi Shilpasarawagi,
Where did you apply at? And did you submit a paper based application or file it online?

Hi navprateek,

I applied online and I am in India.
But my Canadian lawyer submitted application.
But that should mean the applicant is outside Canada only

Yes it will be processed inside India only but as you submitted it online, it may take upto 4 months whereas applications processing time for submitted at VFS Delhi or Bangalore is 1.5 month

Hi prateek,

How do you know it's 4 months. The average time shown in website is 2 months. Is it by experience or a guess? I thought they made it online for things to get faster.

Also I applied online because I saw people's posts mentioning they got it between 1-2 months when they applied online. And the paper based applications take more time.

Prateek,

One more thing, I think inland applications( people who are on visitor visa inside Canada) take more than 4 months. .as per my research. What do u say?

Well its not my personal experience bt looking at other posts people who have applied in starting of October are still waiting. So we can sort of guess about the time window. My husband applied on 21dec paper based at New Delhi and got his approval on 27th Jan. So for paper based it took almost a month and a week time

Hmm.. thanks navprateek.

Let's hope for best..I still feel that Inland applications take time frame of 4 months as per my study on this forum.

Congratulations for your husband's visa. :)

Hi Navprateek,

I am sponsoring work permit application for my spouse(In India). I wanted to ask you what documents should I provide from here - Pay stubs, Lease agreement, Bank statement, Notice of assessment ? Are these sufficient or there is something extra too ?

Thanks for your help.
