My Husband is a full time student in University of Winnipeg.
I applied for spouse open work permit and rejected with the reason " You do not qualify for the IMP Public Policy as you provided insufficient information to demonstrate that your spouse is a full-time student in a qualifying program at a DLI in Canada. Refused under R205(c)(ii)."
Submitted all the documents like
Offer letter
Enrollment letter
Visa stamping
Visa permit
Full year tuition fees
GIC
Employment docs
Residence proof
Can anyone help what to do in this case.
