I got my visa refused indicating that you do not qualify under the IMP as you provided insufficient information to demonstrate that your spouse is a full time student in a qualifying program at a DLI in canada. Refused under R205(c)(ii). Much help needed for an appeal letter and some more suggestions. Thank u

Why are you appealing and not reapplying? What school does your spouse attend and did you provide that documentation that spouse is at DLI and full time? How long has spouse been studying?

My spouse is studying at Fanshawe college which is a DLI listed college in a full time PG course with coop. I did provide the LOA. What are the other documents do I need to resubmit? Do I have to write an appeal letter or not? Thanks

Proof of payment to show full time studies, timetable. When does she graduate? There is no appeal process.
