No they can only report why you got denied. sOWPs are not guaranteed for spouses If international students so you may not qualify to come to Canada until PG if you qualify then. Wait to get the CAIPS before applying again. 3 applications in a row is a lot. How long does your spouse have left in his program?
Visa is until October 2020. Yeah i want to know reason why they denied, i can reach MP?

What did notes say?
Got married less than 2 months following study visa approval.
No indication that the couple were engaged or in a relationship prior to marriage. No proof of staying together after marriage. No intention of establishing a bonafide relation. Not satisfied marriage was not entered into primarily for the purpose of immigration.

I am stuck what other docs I can attach while reapplying as everything was already provided.
Any help would be appreciated. @canuck78 @k.h.p.
If you have been in a relationship for 10 years I would include pictures of you as a couple and other proof of dating for 10 years. The majority of your evidence revolves around your wedding. Proof before you left or even applied to go to Canada would be the best.

I have already provided 200+ pictures to them sending them again does not make sense.

As per my research my documents lack shared financial responsibility. As we don't have any joint account or any insurance policy. So what you think attaching these docs docs may improve the chances of approval

200 pictures is excessive and you should be selective based on your previous posts.

Couldn’t see the CAIPS for the last SOWP so hard to comment but the fact that you didn’t include your savings information could be the reason for refusal.

It looks very suspicious that you got married after your spouse applied for his SP and then he left. First of all there isn’t a guarantee that a spouse of an international student will be able to enter Canada. At this point I think it has been made clear that you are not going to get an OWP while your husband is a student. You can reapply when he gets his PGWP, a job n NOC 0, A or B and 3 pay stubs. I wold include proof of the time you have spent together after marriage living together. Hopefully he may visit again this year.

I know that's the biggest reason that makes VO think about marriage genuinity. But my marriage was fixed in september 2018 because in India it's a common practice to have a gap of 6-10 months between engagement and marriage. If I would explain this in SOP then any chances of approval. Because for PGWP i have to wait almost 2 years
