Spouse open work permit - refused

Hi folks!
My spouse's open work permit is refused recently for the reason not complying with section 205 c (ii). On visiting MP office they gave me the reason that your marriage is not genuine or marriage of convenience. As I got married after getting my student visa but we are in relationship since 10 years and I provide all sort of proofs. Now what to do what other docs I can provide to proof that marriage is genuine.

maybe they are suspicious about why you chose to get married recently instead - because you want to use it as an easy way for your spouse to enter canada?

No the date of marriage was fixed prior in September 2018 when I got engaged even before I applied for any college as in hindu culture the date is decided on the basis of astrology so there is no option where I can tell them about my engagement.

If I would show the proofs that marriage was fixed before getting student visa by showing advance booking of hotel or palace where the marriage happens. Will it work?

i think you should order gcms notes instead so that you know exactly what seemed off in your application which caused them to reject you

21000 cad in total is not adequate?
Had paid the fees of college as well
Even have a part time job

I had applied for the caips notes. Waiting for that. But as from MP office I got to know the reason is my marriage as it so done in a couple of month after getting student visa

How can I proof that the marriage is not done for the purpose of immigration. As it was fixed prior to the decision of going to canada. But while applying there is no option where I can tell about my relationship as there is option of common law partner ( does not apply no cohabitation) and married (does not apply).

You can add an extra explanation letter about your relationship history and add proof.

Hello, how did you get to know about reason of rejection from MP. Do they really help for that?

No they can only report why you got denied. sOWPs are not guaranteed for spouses If international students so you may not qualify to come to Canada until PG if you qualify then. Wait to get the CAIPS before applying again. 3 applications in a row is a lot. How long does your spouse have left in his program?

Yes we live together for 2 and a half month and also gone to honeymoon and some more trips.
