Hi There,

I am a PGWP holder from past 1 year
I currently work in a Bank as skill level "B". I have 6 months contract and pay is good. They keep rolling my contract every 6 months from last 1 year, again they will roll it when it expires for next 6 months.

Does that can provide me the eligibility to apply for spouse visa???? :

PS: I have funds in account and other required documents, spouse is currently working in my home country.

Please help with your experience, I really feel lonely without spouse here :-[.

Best Regards,
can_can

[Did you apply yourself or through lawyer ?? Actually I have work permit & I will join one of the company . But while I applied my wife was pregnant
that's why she was not included with my application . Now a day I want to bring my wife & child with open work permit .

I think Bangalore VFS takes 3 months to process an application.

As far as I know it has to be full-time meaning no contract deadline. But if ur employer can explain it be full-time in a letter then it might work. Not sure.

Hey Thank you so much for your opinion !
This is bit confusing for me. I guess the full time definition is someone who works more than 30 Hours in a week as per CIC.
But I am worried more about my "6 months contract" part, any idea on this?

Also did anyone could get a SOWP based on 6 months contract?
