So mp didn't tell why chandigarh vfs is taking too much time ?

even vfs delhi is clearly telling visitor applicants it can take a month due to high volume of applications. so i guess MP wont tell y they r slow as long as they r doing their work. plus my lawyer didnt give me an update:

"We will forward you screenshot by Friday hopefully."

im starting to suspect why will they send it by friday n that too hopefully specially wen there is no govt holiday there and it only takes 5 mins to do that. well me n my wife dnt have a good feeling abt ther friday and hopefully commitment already.

We recvd passport req on 28th July ... Submitted on 1 st August hoping to get by 11th August.

I applied from canada on behalf of my spouse. She is residing in chennai. I dont know how long they are going to take.

He is saying that could be because I've also applied for PR application for my spouse. He will dig more when I send him my federal PR application number.

You must be hearing back soon.... !! Did you drop CSE ? I dropped 3 CSE 2 for update 1 for complaint.

But I don't know it matters or not... but processing should bexpect complete in 3 months.

@Unsung.... I think there should not be any change in SOWP processing.... that file is completely separate.

I have also applied for PR as I mentioned you before and attached my BC PNP for my Spouse open work permit. It all depends where your application is getting processed .

I think ths time our application was processed at bangalore because after med req we got passport req which is sent to Visa application centre in Bangalore for stamping

Yes and also it's not just me there many people who applied with PNP and PR in process.

I got a question for you... when you applied for PR .. so howe did you get signatures from your spouse on addition family information and background declaration form ? Did you attached signed scanned copy or you got that couriered from India and also how do you got pictures (photos ) because nobody prints them and stamp them here in Canada without physical presence of that person.

Did you attached signed scanned copy or you got that couriered from India and also how do you got pictures (photos ) because nobody prints them and stamp them here in Canada without physical presence of that person.

I attached the scanned copies of the signature plus my wife sent me her digital photo through email and i got it printed in the desired format. You`re on work permit for now, rightÉ

Thanks ... yes am on work permit . Because I got all docs sent from India first time then I know application will be returned so I asked my wife to send me scanned copy and I already hadid pictures so re applied. I was worried that signatures has to hand done ... but all good now . Also I checked with CIC agent she said yes you can attach if she is not here. I am just waiting on AOR seems taking long now....
