She don't need any nomination in order to get open work permit. She will be given work permit same as you as she is your dependent. In order to verify this information please fill in the eligibility questionare she will be eligible for open work permitStvan said:

My husband is semi-skilled. I am in Canada on a temporary resident visa as a visitor. We re going on a vacation in August and will be returning in September. He could have his nomination by then, so we are thinking of applying for my OWP when we come back, at the border in Vancouver.

so situation is he already nominated in new brunswick,.he is also skilled there,.but since he has 3 kids my questios are:
1. can he apply open work permit for her wife and how about the kids?
2. is there income eligibility or show money maybe?

I got nominated by Manitoba and i work under Noc C. I was unmarried at the time i got my nomination which was last year. So my husband was not my dependent on my nomination letter. Would i be eligible to apply for his open work permit if i work under Noc c. Can anybody respond please. Very urgent. Thanks

Yes, you can apply for his owp. You'll need to show proof of the marriage.
Thank you. As i have told that under Noc C i am not eligible. So just wondering how true is that ?
Spouses or common-law partners ofwork permit holders who have beennominated for permanent residence by a province will be entitled to openwork permits for the duration of thework permit of the provincial nomineeprincipal applicant, irrespective of the skill level of the principal applicant's occupation.
