when did you apply and from which country ?Hi guys does anyone applied for a SOWP during this time? Has anyone got an approval? Thnx
Why separation ? Most of them in my known has already got itThink you and your husband need to discuss if you are prepared to be separated for a while if he can’t get an SOWP. Many spouses are not awarded SOWP while their spouse is a student.
I have applied from Tirana Albania on February and March Right now we have reapplied. We are planning to reapply on June. Im afraid that maybe due to restrictions they are going to refuse itwhen did you apply and from which country ?
Unfortunately my husband SOWP got refused. Even im surprised for the refusal. First time it got refused cos we filled the section 1-6 ( it was an error) and we didn’t knew that we have to declare the usa visitor visa refusal of 2 years ago. Than the second time it was refused because of the purpose of his visit on March 27 . Its really a difficult time that we are passing by. We are hoping that they are not going to refuse a 3rd application. My husband is an information Technology Specialist and he has a 10 years experience and IELTS score 7.5 its really wired his refusal. We don’t get itWhy separation ? Most of them in my known has already got it
Many spouses of international students are denied SOWP. It is not guaranteed. Some certainly do get approved but it i# dependent on multiple factors. Why separation ? Most of them in my known has already got it
