My husband is an information technology specialist with a 10 years experience and at his last job he has been working for 5 years. For the second application we have only send another imm1295 with the correct information and mentioned our financial situation (40000$) his travel history in Europe (6 countries) and the fact that we live with his parents as the youngest child of the family
Living with his parents won't be considered as a tie. Do you have anything stronger? Does he own property in your home country or anything like that?
As the young child he has the will of the house where we actually live. That he is going to inherit and we have asked an absence of leave for 12 months from his current work
Unfortunately the inherited land has no value in demonstrating ties.
Has his employer provided a letter confirming approval of the 12 month leave?

We are waiting for his reply. He also own a car and an apartment. But its not the same where we are living
I would wait until you can demonstrate stronger ties before he reapplies. Wait for his company to respond and provide the letter.
Where is the apartment? Is it in your home country? I would show that as a tie (e.g. property ownership papers, etc.).
Yes its in our home country. We are waiting the same thing. Due to covid he is working remotely and none is in the office

The process started after 14 days. For both applications we received the answer after 14 days

My case is the same as yours, including the program even, HRM. Applied on 27.02.2020 from Dubai, status is still background check.
