Hi everyone!
my partner and i rented a place together two years ago, we got the common law agreement approved and she jumped on my express entry application so far everything goes well until my last work permit was running out in October and we didn't have an invitation yet... so we decided to try spouse work permit base on HER work permit that expires next April. i got back to Canada and lucky for me the spouse visa got approved and stamp same expiring date as her.
here is where everything goes down!!
I got back to our place and I learned that she is having an other relationship and she wants to break up, as far as that goes i am fine perhaps she wants to keep the house and me to move out and that is a big issue for me.
I know that she can't kick me out of our place without the landlord agreement however my biggest concern is with the work permit.
Can she somehow cancel my current spouse work permit if i refuse to leave the place???
Please any comments or advise will be much appreciate it.
