Only if both of you are physically in Canada and if the PR holder submits an inland spousal sponsorship application. In that case an OWP application can be included with the inland spousal sponsorship application.

We both are in Canada only. Ours is a PNP nomination application. I got OWP based on her ClosedWP. Now Landing completed for her while coming from India (went for a visit). I am staying in Canada only. Want to extend OWP. Please let me know if there is any option.
