Should I submit LOE with including the truth? Do you suggest me to literally write about CRS score? Or any other way to convince them? Sorry for many questions, I am confused and nervous.

I'm on the same boat (PGWP & OWP), but I am still waiting for draw scores to drop as I still have time before I am forced to accept ITA without spouse.

I would not specifically say that I'm doing so to boost my score (even though many say to do so). IRCC already knows people are doing it for such, so in my opinion, I'd say the reason behind it that makes you have to do this such as the involvement you've created with the country, for example, stable life, family expectations, work, employer expectations, etc. You're not lying anyway.

Did you submit the application already? I didn't use LOE. I only wrote the reason once the questionnaire asked me the reason I chose non accompany. I did mention with accompany option we didn't have enough points to be invited to apply the visa. Therefore, I will alone and settle in Canada by getting job and a house before sponsoring my family via family sponsorship program. That's what I wrote. I understand your feelings as I had the same.

All the best.

Hi nns14, I haven't submitted my application yet. I am working on my LOE, but not sure exactly what to write to convince the VO. I think you submitted PFL if I am not wrong. Could you shed some light on this? Thanks

I personally know people that have done this without issues. I submitted an application last month with spouse not accompanying, and I never provided any letter of explanation for that. I know my app will be fine in regards to this .

Hi Drpak, could you please tell me what reason you mentioned in the application?

Hi...
Needed a clarification..
I have an ita with spouse not accompanying...
Even if i entered with accompanying
And spouse 0 factor..
I would get an ita...
My score is high
She had juz left canada for her higher studies.
Will that suffice..
The ircc wil not question as to why she had her visitor visa right??..
Clarify pls

For more clarity, I applied under CEC, and am on PGWP and my spouse on OWP.
What was your score with and without?
I got an ITA with 444 without spouse, but because CEC draws are back, I'm waiting until the last minute as my score with spouse is now 439.

I got ITA with 447 on May 15. My score was 447 with spouse not accompanying as at the time I got the ITA. With spouse accompanying it will be 438. I had to apply quickly then because my pgwp is expiring next month.

You can wait if you still have more time on your pgwp, or if you are certain that the CEC draws will continue. I believe that submitting an application with or without accompanying spouse shouldn’t have any negative impact on one’s application.

No, I didn't receive PFL, therefore, didn't submit one.

I was in the same situation. I should have received an invitation if I applied without spouse when the draw was at 445 ( with spouse 429). But my spouse is already here so its really hard to say its safe to do so. So we decided to retake ielts when the Idp opened and we managed to boost our score a bit. We are hoping for a CEC draw next week or on the 20 August.
I think you should wait and see if the next CEC draw score goes down. Its hard for IRCC to believe we are not accompanied when he or she is already here and it might be ticked as misrepresentation.
