Its bit urgent Hello!! Kindly please help with this query!!!
My husband primary applicant (with accompanying spouse) has a crs of 480 ,(nonaccompanyinguse)503. We are currently here on open work permit and have a kid on our visitor record. As the cut-off is very high these days, we are thinking to apply for my husband and daughter's PR first (with a non accompanying spouse ) and then my sponsorship application.

We don't know can we apply like that? Has anybody done that as an INLAND applicant and received PR?? Will it create any objection or hurdle for my sponsorship application?? Please help because that's the only better option we can see right now.

We can mention this reason due to lack of points we are applying like that!!

Yes you can do go ahead with non-accompanying spouse and kid by mentioning not enough points due to accompanying family. However, just try to post your query to CIC canada in Twitter and take thier consent once you recieve your invitation. If CIC gives you thumbs up to proceed with non-accompanying spouse same confirmed screen shot you can attach in letter of explanation. But now better to go ahead with alone then sponsot your kid and spouse.

This is not family sponsorship. Post the question in the EE section. As long as you are included in your husband's PR application is non-accompanying and had your medical, police check and background check done. Once he landed as PR, he can sponsor you. BUT you may have to stay inland as a visitor and cannot work while waiting for the application (either of the sponsorship or for the OWP under inland sponsorship). It depends on what status you will be in when all these happen.
