I just want to ask for some of your insights regarding my plan to apply for PR.
I recently got my confirmation on provincial nominee but I'm afraid to apply for PR yet as I think it would affect mine and my kids application.

You don’t qualify for PR and neither do you children if your spouse has pending charges
