@ nester sa cic canada aq tumawag and its visa office manila,actually dito sa canada they give thier approval n kc to sponsor my husband everyhting is okey now jan n lng sa pinas pla tumatagal at ndi n daw cla makakapag update ng nasa pinas n mga document makakapag update lng daw ang CIC pag may naiforward n nag visa office were they transfer ur file to get a visa pag meron n din clang update na ifoforward sa CIC lya nmn pag nagcheccck sa ecas nakalagay lng eh on process xa.

thanks. my latest info fr canada ay 4 to 6 months daw. Oversafe nman yata ang sagot kasi observe ko s forum kramihan 2 to 3 months, or baka natatambakan n sila ngayon kasi yun s table of processing times dumagdag na namn.

Naginquire mrs ko dhil maeexpire OWP nya by novmber e kailangan pa b nya magrenew. Pati ako bka irequire mag remed pag di pa na-DM early nov.

@ nester, PR nb un asawa mo?kc kung ndi pa medyo mtagal tlga sau dhil magsasabay papers nyo kailangan xa muna maPR bago ikaw mag karon ng update,wait mo lng kc nun aq ng aplay ng PR single pa aq at andito na sabi 12 months nga pero ndi nmn pero kc din last june t nag karoon ng strike sa post canad kaya medyo ndi pa bumabalik sa normal ang post,pag malapit na maexpire open permit ng asawa mo dapat tumawag xa sa immigtration at itanong kc ang alam q kailanagn mong renew un un medical mo pag naexpire un kailangn mo tlgang magremedical pero wait mo un letter nila inform k nmn ng immigtration f need mo magremedical kc.

nde pa nga sya pr dhil may hinihintay daw from CEM/LC2. Ang last line sa e-cas nya ay "received requested information on june 21 2011" (DM n sya befor this). Hula ko lng e ito yun PPR/docs n sinubmit ko thru LBC june 10, kasi wala nman syang sinasubmit. Therfore nkpagcommunicate n ang CEM sa cnda dhil sa e-cas nya pumasok ito. E anu kaya yung hinihintay pa nila? ang guloooooooooh!!!


Ang CEM sinulat sa PPR letter na isosoli nila ang passport w/visa w/ all orig docs, upon confirmation ng PR ni LC1. Kung kailan? hehehe ... e 4 to 6 months nga daw sabi nung nagfollow up sya regarding OWP exp.

Naghahalo ang tuwa at inis ko. pag pinag remed nila ko e baka me sakit na ko sa puso.

So it is true pala na pag walang Medical Results Received sa DM is DENIED yung visa??? May naka experience na ba rito na ganito? I know being denied is very painful experience but for the sake of those here who are about to receive their Visas and those currently waiting for DM...

It would greatly help us if someone could attest or verify the truthfulness of this information...
