hi you can apply after your marriage or also in any application in canada its say for common law so if you qualified for that you can apply for that category but its more easy after your marriage so that they will not ask for your income. and if you will apply after marriage just hide all the evidence for the application like phone bills, love letter, pictures everything .

Sorry but unless i'm just misunderstanding what you meant by 'hide the evidence', why would they hide the evidence of their relationship? wouldn't it work better for them to show that they have proof that they've been together for a long time?
what I'm having trouble understanding is that if/when wolverinecyclops lands in Canada whether he'll declare that he has pregnant girlfriend back in the philippines? And if/when he does sponsor them as married, he will need to show his income because he'll be signing the Financial Evaluation which I think requires a mininum amount of income to sponsor being that his child is not a canadian citizen yet.

hi actually i have dilemma right now for my situation ...

since i am waiting for my passport return to me with visa...I passed my passport oct 25..and my timeline for the return of it will be within month of december 2010 just in case. And i plan to leave the country on feb 2011 while my gf is preggy and she will give birth on july 2011 and my child will follow under my name.

pls help me what would be the best that i can do? here the options .

1. when i have my passport with visa since i declared it single,i will not go to canada yet.and we will marry until i inform the embassy that i had changed my status ( what will be the effect of my application? it back to zero?)

2. when i have my passport with visa. i will leave the country on feb 2011..and will go back on dec 2011 to get marry and baptism for the child. (what will be the effect of it to my child since it will be followed under my surname and I declared before and after my application is single and no independent child?)I can still get/sponsor my child?

Pls enlighten me...Thank you so much for the help..

Hello Hentaznel and Earal.. don't worry... ur apps will be ok and I'm sure ur on the way to DM na... we're Junies batchmate... and DM na din ako last tue after the long wait. Malay nyo... next tue ay pra sa inyo na... or I'm sure sometime by Dec ma DM na kau... It'll will surely not exceed by Jan. Yes, late payment of RPRF is the main reason why ur app processing got delayed (2 months additional waiting period) but based on ur timeline as u've paid for RPRF... I'm pretty sure ur too months waiting period is over...

Again, late payment of RPRF will make the case to be delayed in the process. Also if kulang naman ang docs dat we provided to them... they will kept on requesting those docs until everything will be complete. And based on my experienced, they asked me to submit docs twice.( I meant, I received 3 letters from the embassy) 1. my AOR 2. request for PP, AOM, Personal History and; 3. documentary evidence of a relationship. Look! they never asked me those docs in one time ... ha ha ha tuloy delayed na delayed...

The last time i received letter from them was JUNE 17. requesting for NBI, Personal history and Certified copy of Divorce ng hubby ko. After that... wala na akong update.. kahit nga ECAS ko e.. mgkakasakit na ata ako sa stress kakaicp nito. HOPELESS MODE

don't lost hope, hndi k nmannagiisa eh mdami nman tau maybe un iba wala lang d2 sa forum...maybe you need a little break, go out and have fun...it will reduce your stress...
