Good day po. I really need advice, i don't know if there is a similar case na po dito. Currently po kasi, I have a son from my 1st marriage, and even though I don't have the custody, I did declare him as per requirement.
Last January 9, 2014, I received an email that he needs to undergo medical exam din together with a request for my NBI clearance since nag expire na ata yung una kong nasubmit. But since complicated ang situation, I can't do medical for him. So when I submitted the required documents, I included a written letter saying that since I don't have the custody, I cannot do medical for him and he will not be accompanying me to Canada. But I received a letter today (dated April 6, 2015), requesting for my son's medical. The letter stated that medical results must be received by the office within 45 days from date of letter. If no RESULTS or COMMUNICATION received within the time indicated, a decision will be made and my application may be refused. Any advice as where do I call or communicate with them to ask or explain that I can not do medical for my son?

Hi Guys,

Just want to share, our sponsor (mom) was granted PR last Feb 25, 2015. She was advised that they will notify Manila Embassy "shortly" (the magic word) to release our PP and Visa. The most I believe would be at least 4-6 weeks. PPR was last week of August 2014. Until now I haven't heard anything from them. To make it worse, we just realized that our medical exam has expired already (April 14).

Question is what will happen? Do you think we will undergo another medical exam? Anyone had the same experience? Thanks in advance. Congratulations by the way to those who had their Visa already.

I got a question for everyone so I sent my documents via Canada Post using their priority option, it should of arrive today. When I went and check the status it change to, ": Attempted delivery. Notice card left indicating where item can be picked up." My question is will an employee from CIC go and pick it up or must I give them a phone call letting them know that there is a package that I sent waiting?

Hi everyone!

I need your help guys, I received a email from Canadian Embassy Manila last April 15, 2015 requesting for additional documents. They are asking for just the completed Appendix A form (passport request) and a copy of their letter. They did not ask for my passport yet and also attached in their email is the Appendix B form which is photo specifications but nothing is stated of how many pictures to send.. Do I need to submit right away my passport as Appendix A is for passport request? Anyone here who has the same case as me. pls. share your inputs.. thanks in advance!

My timeline:

App received at CPC-M: December 23, 2014
Sponsor Approved: March 12, 2015
Medicals: upfront
April 15, 2015: PPR???

yes.. gnun n din sana gnwa ko nung ngapply kami ng wifey ko,hehe, kaso di nmin sure ung upfront med nun.. yes, we will continue to stay positive and keep the faith.. But ung meds ko is sa august pa maeexpire, sana di un hindrance pra mapabilis dn appliction .. well congrats again mam. you will see your hubby very soon
