Good News!! We received my wife's PPR and Appendix A request along with a Visa validity of July 10, 2015
Talk about a happy shock last night while at work!! I seen the request on my mobile phone.
So excited the process is nearly complete.
Congrats to everyone that is now finally near the end and for those who are still waiting don't lose faith your turn will arrive.

You can do upfront.. you don't need to wait for anything.. on our case my husband has a dependent who just went straight to St. Lukes and processed their medical right away. After the medical is done they'll give you a copy of it that is the one you'll include on your application and then the result will just be forwarded to CIC.

I got my husband's ppr request and appendix a pero wlang nkalagay ng me visa validity or namissed ko lang?

It was in the email we received......." Your visa(s) for permanent residence to Canada is/are ready to be issued.
Conditional to a final admissibility review by an immigration officer.

Your visa(s) will be valid for your initial entry to Canada until 07/10/2015

Hi, my husband finally got DM status in ECAS today! We have waited since July 2013. It's been in Manila for 20 months! Good luck to everyone! I hope you don't have to wait as long as we did.

Hello guys! Ecas status is now In process! And i received an email from Cem re: Free pre departure orientation seminar.. Eto na ba yung pdos?or eto yung hindi required?

you did not indicate the office who will conduct it. Kung free, most probably hindi yan yung sa CFO na required at may bayad..... and the CIC does not speak for the CFO

wow really 21 days? I didnt expect that long.
I was thinking if our ECAS changed to DM, the visa will be released in just few days or a week.

Some got their visas in a week after a DM status.
# Lord, send us the passport with visa this week or next week.
