uhmmm ako yun sponsor ha... actuaLLy waLa ask ng additionaL documents kasi umpisa pasa paLang nmin more than 5 inches ata pinasa q... pero nagdaLa parin ng additionaL documents un partner q nun interview nya kahapon, mga evidences after nun pass namin un app nun november 2013... say nya, dapat tLga aLam mo un mga niLagay sa appLication na submit mo... un reLationship history tLga dapat aLam... ska dapat aLam mo tLga un sponsor... kasi asawa tinanong kung ano hobbies q, pati food... pati un future pLans nyo daLawa aLam nya... isa tanong din, kasi kinda rich un asawa q sa pinas ska may mga business ganun.. so in-ask why pa daw cya pupunta if stabLe cya sa pinas and career wise, mas ok para sa knya dun... so basicaLLy dapat aware ka sa Lahat-Lahat na pwede itanong nun visa officer... tama nga un mga say ng mga tao dito... sooooooooooobra bait ng mga tao daw sa embassy... pero dont worry, 1 in a miLLion case kc un sa amin kaya expected n nmin na interview cya... baka syo smooth Lng at ndi na need... saLamat!!

Same here batangas din.. We thought aabot kme sa anniversary but we're disappointed, anniv na namen kahapon, wala p ung visa nung december 6 p aq ngDM..

Actually medyo iba yung situation namin. We didn't quite get a DM. I just checked our ECAS and it still says "in process" actually.

October 7, 2014 - Husband followed up via email to CEM saying that they had his passport since May and that he wasn't able to travel. CEM responded that they would return his passport for now which they did and nothing in it.

December 7, 2014 - Received a letter from CEM that visa was ready to be issued and to submit passport within 30 days and when submitted they could potentially hold it for 90 working days. This was a problem since we have our church wedding in Manila early Jan and our honeymoon to japan right after, which was already booked and paid for as well as our family trip to HK. We replied explaining the situation with all of our tickets and hotel receipts attached. We requested to either quicken the process or submit the passport after January 25.

December 12, 2014 - CEM replied saying to go to the Embassy on the 18th and they would provide same day service

So hubby went yesterday and now we have the visa!! We're very happy that the very long wait is over. Our process took total 14 months. They were either feeling very generous, or my other guess is - we would be out of the 15 month processing if we submitted the passport after January 25th so siguro pinagbigyan nalang kami Wishing you all the best! And Merry Christmas. Keep the faith and patience. You may not get it by Christmas but know they are working hard to bring your families together.

Paano po bah mag followup?

Nag email po ako sa knila about sa status ng application nmin. 3 months na po kc in process. Automated machine lng ang nag reply 28 days pa bago makapagreply. Wala pa ung reply biglang nag DM. Baka coincidence po. Dami na nag ddm ngaun month.

Will it be returned to me if it's not included?

We sent and have all of the requirements but forgot to in close the checklist?

Mga questions po na msasagot nyo like your birth date, yung address nyo po sa canada kelangan saulado nyo. About yourself po yung itatanong nila kaya msasagot mo tlga.

Hello, ang trend kasi ngayon is una ang in process then PPR tapos indicated na sa email yung visa validity mo. Bound to winnipeg din ako, husband ko yung nanjan Goodluck stin lahat, sana magppr and DM na yung sa inyo soon. ;D

Congrats sa mga nag dm.. So sad wala pa rin akong update sa application namin,ni remedical wala din im a sept2013 applicant under conjugal same sex sponsorship.its been like 14 or 15 months already and i havent heard any news on my application,nag purchase na kmi ng gcms but nothing much to see sa gcms its still showing for close review.its really frustrating,nakakainggit din kasi mdami na ngaun ang nag kaka DM ,wish ko lang sana mag request na sila ng remedical for me kasi sobrang paso na nang medical ko last july pa at ung passport ko nung MAY pa,aalmost 7 months na sakanila passport ko,di na din ako nag hhope na ngaung dec makakasama ko na partner ko but i hope early next year sana maganada ang pasok ng 2015 for us.we already seek help sa MP namin he aid na it should be done daw by january. sana totoo nga sinasabi nya kasi hirap mging hopeful and mag expect.sana matapos na toh,ang hirap ng ganito .goodluck saating lahat
