passport sent with csq,and official receipt - july 23, 2014 "delay becouz my wife sent my original copy of CSQ via fedex"
in process - july 28, 2014

while im talking to GuelphON sa forum then dumating ung DHL courier sa harap ng bahay nmin at nag sabing may package ka mula sa Canadian embassy, nung binuksan ko, may visa na ung passport ko, naiyak ung asawa ko habang nag skype kmi. salamat tlga kay god, wag kayong titigil sa pag pray kay god, tlgang pakikingan nya ung mga prayers nyu, and good luck po sa lahat, and god bless us all.

Good luck sa new chapter mo sa Canada. When plan mo punta doon? Mejo mahal na ung ticket this month pero okey lang un kasi worth it din dahil makasama mo na agad c misis mo. Sept 3rd week onward mura ticket sa PAL. Double check mo na lang. Try mo rin dito magtanong tanong baka may makasabay ka pa dito sa forum papuntang Canada. All the best!

#1. No need to write down your parents and siblings. Isulat mo lang name nang asawa mo, no need his passport info. Leave blank yung child column.
#2. Mag kaiba ang Marraiage Certificate NSO at Advisory on Marriage NSO. Yung AOM or advisory on marriage nklagay dun na kasal ka na at sa ganitong petsa.
#3. Aside sa Appendix A form, nktanggap ka rin ng Appendix B photo? In my experienced Appendix A lang pero yung iba may appendix b sila.

About sa Appendix B photograph specifications naka attach rin sa email nila pero wala naman sa request list kung need nila photos. Ok lang kaya if isali ko narin immigration photos ko?

Thank you for your response!!! Naka request na ako ng AOM kahapon, wait ko delivery today para ma send ko na through DHL today. About sa Appendix B photograph specifications naka attach rin sa email nila pero wala naman sa request list kung need nila photos. Ok lang kaya if isali ko narin immigration photos ko?

Yes, okey lang mgsubmit ng new photos. ibabalik lang din nila un if hindi nila kailangan. congrats!
